Preexisting Contract definition

Preexisting Contract means a contract that was in effect on the date of the receipt by a payor that is a party to such contract of notice sent, pursuant to Paragraph V.B of this Order, of such payor’s right to terminate such contract.
Preexisting Contract means a contract for the provision of Physician services that was in effect on the date of the receipt by a Payor that is a party to such contract of notice sent by Respondent Alta Bates Medical Group, Inc., pursuant to Paragraph VII.A.2 of this Order of such Payor’s right to terminate such contract.
Preexisting Contract means an NFL Player Contract (including any renegotia- tion or extension) executed before March 12, 2011.

More Definitions of Preexisting Contract

Preexisting Contract means a contract that was in effect prior to the receipt, by all Payors that are parties to such contract, of notice sent by Respondent pursuant to Paragraph III.B. of this Order, of each such Payor’s right to terminate such contract.
