Predix Content definition

Predix Content means Content we or any of our affiliates distribute or make available for download in connection with the Service or on the Predix Site to allow access to or use of the Service Offerings, including Documentation; sample code; software libraries; command line tools; and other related technology. Predix Content does not include the Service.
Predix Content means Content GE or any of its affiliates distributes or makes available (in each case, by or on behalf of itself or third parties) for download in connection with the Service or on the Predix Site to allow access to or use of the Service Offerings, including Documentation; sample code; software libraries; client- specific application program interfaces, including any related software s and data; command line tools; simulated sensor data and client-specific sensor data; and other related technology. Predix Content does not include the Service.

Examples of Predix Content in a sentence

  • In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and any separate license, the separate license will prevail with respect to that Predix Content.

  • Some Predix Content may be provided to you under a separate license, including an Open Source Software license.

  • We will grant you access to the Service Offerings for which you have a current subscription and authorize you to: (i) access and Use the Service Offerings solely in accordance with this Agreement; and (ii) copy and Use the Predix Content solely in connection with your permitted use of the Service.

  • Carbon dioxide removal (CDR)47 options, like reforestation, afforestation, bioenergy and BECCS, are used to compensate for48 unavoidable emissions in other sectors; delayed action will result in larger and more rapid deployment1 later (high confidence).

  • GE will grant Partner access to the Service Offerings for which Partner has a current subscription and authorizes Partner to: (i) access and Use the Service Offerings solely in accordance with this Agreement; and (ii) copy and Use the Predix Content solely in connection with Partner’s permitted use of the Service.

  • Upon any termination of this Agreement: (i) all Partner’s rights under this Agreement immediately terminate; (ii) GE may terminate Partner’s access to, and processing of Partner’s Content by, the Service Offerings on or after the date of termination; (iii) Partner will immediately return or, if instructed by GE, destroy all Predix Content in Partner’s possession; and (iv) terms that are, by their terms, to survive such termination, will survive such termination in accordance with their respective terms.

  • Some Predix Content may be provided to Partner under a separate license, including an Open Source Software license.

Related to Predix Content

  • VOC content means the total weight of VOC in a product expressed as a percentage of the product weight (exclusive of the container or packaging), as determined pursuant to sections 94515(a) and (b).

  • Site content means textual, visual or aural content that is encountered as part of the user experience;

  • User Content means any comments, remarks, data, feedback, content, text, photographs, images, video, music, or other content or information that you or any Site Visitor or User post to any part of the Site or provide to Upwork, including such content or information that is posted as a result of questions.

  • Licensed Content means those articles or other parts of a Licensed Title which form part of the content licensed in accordance with the Order (including all content published during the Subscription Period or other period specified in the Order to which access and use rights are granted under this Licence, and including all Previously Subscribed Material).

  • Customer Content means all software, data (including personal data), information, text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-AVEVA or third-party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by Customer, any of Customer’s users, or on behalf of Customer that is stored in, or run on or through, the Products and Support Services.

  • Third Party Content means all software, data, text, images, audio, video, photographs and other content and material, in any format, that are obtained or derived from third party sources outside of Oracle that You may access through, within, or in conjunction with Your use of, the Services. Examples of Third Party Content include data feeds from social network services, rss feeds from blog posts, Oracle data marketplaces and libraries, dictionaries, and marketing data. Third Party Content includes third-party sourced materials accessed or obtained by Your use of the Services or any Oracle-provided tools.

  • Research Results means any technical result acquired based on the Collaborative Research, including, but not limited to, any invention, idea, design, copyrightable work and know-how which relates to the purpose of the Collaborative Research.

  • Regulatory Information Service means a service approved by the London Stock Exchange for the distribution to the public of announcements; and

  • Your Content means all software, data (including Personal Data), text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-Oracle or third party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by You or any of Your Users that is stored in, or run on or through, the Services. Services under the Master Agreement, Oracle Software, other Oracle products and services, and Oracle intellectual property, and all derivative works thereof, do not fall within the meaning of the term “Your Content”. Your Content includes any Third Party Content that is brought by You into the Services, by Your use of the Services or any Oracle provided tools.

  • Client Content means any content, materials, data and information, including Personal Information that Client or its Authorized Users enter into the SaaS Services or is otherwise uploaded by or on behalf of Client to the SaaS Services. Client Content shall not include any component of the SaaS Services or material or data provided by or on behalf of Accenture or its licensors.

  • Core Curriculum Content Standards means the New Jersey Student Learning Standards.

  • U.S. Content means, with respect to any Item, all the costs, including labor, materials, services and overhead, but not markup or profit margin, which are of U.S. origin or manufacture, and which are incorporated into an Item in the United States.

  • Company Content means all editorial content, graphics, data, and information contained in the Report or on the Website, any portion thereof, including the selection, coordination, and arrangement of the editorial content, graphics, data, and information on the Website, and the hierarchy of the Website.

  • Source-image receptor distance means the distance from the source to the center of the input surface of the image receptor.

  • Third Party Material means software, software development tools, methodologies, ideas, methods, processes, concepts and techniques owned by, or licensed to a third party and used by the Service Provider in the performance of the Services;

  • Product Data are illustrations, standard schedules, performance charts, instructions, brochures, diagrams, and other information furnished by the Contractor to illustrate materials or equipment for some portion of the Work.

  • Programming means the process of organisation, decision-making and allocation of financial resources in several stages, with the involvement of partners in accordance with Article 5, intended to implement, on a multi-annual basis, joint action by the Union and the Member States to achieve the objectives of the Union strategy for smart, sustainable and inclusive growth;

  • compatibility means compatibility as defined in point (10) of Article 2 of Directive (EU) 2019/770;

  • Third Party Materials means any materials and information, including documents, data, know-how, ideas, methodologies, specifications, software, content, and technology, in any form or media, in which any Person other than the State or Contractor owns any Intellectual Property Right, but excluding Open-Source Components.

  • Interoperability means the ability of a Qwest OSS Function to process seamlessly (i.e., without any manual intervention) business transactions with CLEC's OSS application, and vice versa, by means of secure exchange of transaction data models that use data fields and usage rules that can be received and processed by the other Party to achieve the intended OSS Function and related response.   • Benchmarking Information means information generated by Portfolio Manager, as herein defined including descriptive information about the physical building and its operational characteristics.

  • Massive Multiauthor Collaboration Site (or “MMC Site”) means any World Wide Web server that publishes copyrightable works and also provides prominent facilities for anybody to edit those works. A public wiki that anybody can edit is an example of such a server. A “Massive Multiauthor Collaboration” (or “MMC”) contained in the site means any set of copyrightable works thus published on the MMC site.

  • Feedback means input regarding the SAP Products, services, business or technology plans, including, without limitation, comments or suggestions regarding the possible creation, modification, correction, improvement or enhancement of the SAP Products and/or services, or input as to whether Partner believes SAP’s development direction is consistent with their own business and IT needs.

  • Platform has the meaning specified in Section 6.02.

  • Research record means any data, document, computer file, computer diskette, or any other written or non-written account or object that reasonably may be expected to provide evidence or information regarding the proposed, conducted, or reported research that constitutes the subject of an allegation of research misconduct. A research record includes, but is not limited to, grant or contract applications, whether funded or unfunded; grant or contract progress and other reports; laboratory notebooks; notes; correspondence; videos; photographs; X-ray film; slides; biological materials; computer files and printouts; manuscripts and publications; equipment use logs; laboratory procurement records; animal facility records; human and animal subject protocols; consent forms; medical charts; and patient research files.

  • Content means any text, graphics, images, audio, video, software, data compilations and any other form of information capable of being stored in a computer that appears on or forms part of this Website;
