Predecessor Board definition

Predecessor Board means The Board of Education for the Borough of East York, The Board of Education for the City of Etobicoke, The Board of Education for the City of North York, The Board of Education for the City of Scarborough, The Board of Education for the City of Toronto, The Board of Education for the City of York, or The Metropolitan Toronto School Board.
Predecessor Board means one of the boards which was consolidated into the Toronto District School Board in accordance with the Fewer School Boards Act, 1997.
Predecessor Board for the purposes of these seniority provisions, refers to one of the Muskoka Board of Education, the Victoria County Board of Education and the Haliburton Board of Education, where the Member was employed on December 31, 1997.
