In the event Tenant builds or acquires other property suitable for housing the Justice of Peace Precinct 4, Tenant may terminate this lease (without penalty or further payment) by giving written notice to Landlord, effective on September 30th of the then-current fiscal year, whichever Tenant determines to be most advantageous to its operations on the Premises.
Contractor agrees to furnish all supervision, labor, materials, supplies, equipment, and subcontracting necessary and required for the renovation project for the Webb County Justice of the Peace Precinct 0, Xxxxx 2.
The Leased Premises shall be used by Tenant for the purpose of operating Tenant’s business generally described as Justice of the Peace, Precinct 4 Office and for no other purpose.
Further, this Agreement is subject to the provisions set out in Invitation to Bid (ITB) 2024-005 “Justice of the Peace Precinct 1, Place 2-Renovation Project” and Response to said proposal submitted by Contractor including a breakdown of pricing for work on Project are shown in Exhibit “B” and which are incorporated by reference as part of this Agreement as set forth inf full for all intents and purposes.
The Harris County Judge is authorized to execute on behalf of Harris County the attached Joint Participation Interlocal Agreement between Harris County and the City of Houston to design and construct a three-span Pedestrian & Bike Bridge over Brays Bayou from N Braeswood Boulevard to S Braeswood Boulevard and all related appurtenances in Harris County Precinct 1.
