Pre-Existing Conditions definition

Pre-Existing Conditions means, in respect of the Insured Person, any Sickness, Disease, Injury, physical, mental or medical condition or physiological degradation, including Congenital Condition, that has existed prior to the Policy Issuance Date or the Policy Effective Date, whichever is the earlier. More Definitions of Pre-Existing Conditions

Pre-Existing Conditions means an Injury or Illness which existed before the Effective Date of Cover:

Pre-Existing Conditions means any Sickness/disease, injury, disability or physical condition which existed at the time of applying this insurance or arrangement of Insured Journey in respect of the Insured Person, which presented signs or symptoms of which Insured Person, Immediate Family Members was aware or should reasonably have been aware.
Pre-Existing Conditions means any Injury, Illness, condition or symptom:
Pre-Existing Conditions means any illness or injury or related condition for which treatment, or medication, or advice, or diagnosis was sought or received within 36 months prior to the commencement of this Policy for the Insured concerned OR which was known or reasonably should have been known to exist prior to the commencement of this Policy for the Insured or in respect of which the need for treatment was foreseeable at inception of this Policy whether or not treatment or medication or advice or diagnosis had been sought or received.
Pre-Existing Conditions means an Injury, Illness or Disease which existed or have developed symptoms or there exists manifestation of illnesses before the Effective Date of Cover in respect of an Insured Person of which the Insured Person was aware or should reasonably have been aware, based on normal medically accepted pathological development of the Injury, Illness or Disease.
Pre-Existing Conditions means a condition for which medical care, treatment, or advice was recommended by or received from a Physician or which was first manifested or contracted preceding the effective date of coverage.
