PRC Companies definition

PRC Companies means, collectively, all entities listed in Appendix A hereof, and each, a “PRC Company”.

PRC Companies means PRC Subsidiary and PRC Operating Entity, and “PRC Company” means any of them;

PRC Companies means, collectively, the Principal PRC Companies and any other Person incorporated within the mainland of the People’s Republic of China and Controlled by the Company (each a “PRC Company”), unless the text specifically indicates otherwise.

Examples of PRC Companies in a sentence

• According to the revised PRC Companies Law which became effective on March 2014, the time requirement of the registered capital contribution has been abolished.

• In accordance with the relevant PRC Companies Law and rules and regulations, Wondial and WLPS, are required to transfer amounts equal to 10% and 5% of its income after taxation to the statutory surplus reserve and statutory public welfare fund respectively.

• In accordance with the PRC Companies Law, the Company’s PRC subsidiaries are required to transfer 10% of their profit after tax, as determined in accordance with accounting standards and regulations of the PRC, to statutory surplus reserve.

• We have not undertaken any independent investigation, search or other verification action to determine the existence or absence of any fact or to prepare this opinion, and no inference as to our knowledge of the existence or absence of any fact should be drawn from our representation of the Company or the PRC Companies or the rendering of this opinion.

• Starting from 1 January 2006 the Group is not required to transfer any profit after taxation to statutory public welfare fund in accordance with the amendment in the PRC Companies Ordinance.

More Definitions of PRC Companies

PRC Companies and “PRC Company” shall have the meaning ascribed to it in the preamble of this Agreement.

PRC Companies means the entities as set forth in Appendix A hereto.

PRC Companies means the PRC Domestic Companies and the WFOEs; “PRC Company” means any of them.

PRC Companies means, collectively, the PRC-incorporated companies as set out in Schedule I attached hereto.

PRC Companies means the PRC Wholly Owned Subsidiary, and the PRC Subsidiary.
