According to the revised PRC Companies Law which became effective on March 2014, the time requirement of the registered capital contribution has been abolished.
In accordance with the relevant PRC Companies Law and rules and regulations, Wondial and WLPS, are required to transfer amounts equal to 10% and 5% of its income after taxation to the statutory surplus reserve and statutory public welfare fund respectively.
In accordance with the PRC Companies Law, the Company’s PRC subsidiaries are required to transfer 10% of their profit after tax, as determined in accordance with accounting standards and regulations of the PRC, to statutory surplus reserve.
