Practice Advisory Council definition

Practice Advisory Council shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.6 of this Agreement.

  • Any dispute, conflict or disagreement between Professional Business Manager and Retail Business Manager regarding their respective obligations and responsibilities shall be referred to the Practice Advisory Council for resolution.
