Practically Complete definition

Practically Complete means the practical completion of construction of the Cinema so that it is ready for fitting out by the relevant occupier for its beneficial use and occupation and “Practically Completed” shall have a corresponding meaning
Practically Complete means that the Infrastructure Works have been determined as being ready for a Final Inspection pursuant to 2.10 of Schedule 22, Part B (Acceptance of Infrastructure Works);

More Definitions of Practically Complete

Practically Complete means that all foundations, walls, fences and control systems are complete.
Practically Complete shall be construed accordingly.
