Practical Completion Tranche Grant definition

Practical Completion Tranche Grant means subject to Clause 5.4 (Firm Schemes) (and any variation required or agreed pursuant to the terms of this Agreement) an amount equivalent to such per centum of the Firm Scheme Grant as is approved by Homes England on IMS as payable on achievement of Practical Completion with respect to the relevant Firm Scheme;
Practical Completion Tranche Grant means subject to Clause 4.3 (Capital Firm Schemes) and Clause 5.3.1(c) (Changes to Capital Firm Schemes) an amount equivalent to five per centum (5%) of the Capital Firm Scheme Grant (or such other per centum as is approved by Homes England on IMS as payable following achievement of Practical Completion with respect to the relevant Capital Firm Scheme) together with that amount of the Acquisition Tranche Grant and the Start on Site Tranche Grant (if any) that has not been claimed prior to Practical Completion; Pre-Start Change means a change to a Capital Firm Scheme proposed by the Grant Recipient pursuant to Clause 5.1 (Changes to Capital Firm Schemes) prior to the payment of the Acquisition Tranche Grant; Previous Programme means any capital or revenue grant funding programme administered by Homes England or any of its statutory predecessors; Process has the meaning ascribed to it in the Data Protection Legislation and Processing shall be construed accordingly;
Practical Completion Tranche Grant means subject to Condition 6.3 such sum as is equivalent to the percentage of the Named Project Grant recorded on and agreed by GLA through OPS; Practical Completion Tranche Payment Date means in relation to a Named Project such date as the GLA may have accepted in OPS as the date on which a claim for Practical Completion Tranche Grant may be made; Previous AHP Programme means any capital grant funding programme administered by GLA supporting the delivery of affordable housing other than AHP 2021/26; Process has the meaning ascribed to it in the Data Protection Legislation and Processing shall be construed accordingly;

Examples of Practical Completion Tranche Grant in a sentence

  • Subject to: the GLA (acting reasonably) being satisfied with the Grant Recipient's application for payment including the information warranted pursuant to Conditions 14.2, 14.4 and 14.6; and Conditions 15.3 and 17, the GLA shall (resources permitting) pay the Acquisition Tranche Grant, Start on Site Tranche Grant or the Practical Completion Tranche Grant (as applicable) to the Grant Recipient within fifteen (15) Business Days of receipt of a relevant and satisfactory application.

Related to Practical Completion Tranche Grant

  • Practical Completion means that stage in the execution of a Named Project when the Works have been completed in accordance with the terms of the relevant Building Contract and/or the terms of this Agreement such that the AHP Dwellings comprised within the Named Project are fit for beneficial occupation as a residential development in accordance with applicable NHBC or equivalent requirements current at the date of inspection subject only to the existence of minor defects and/or minor omissions at the time of inspection which are capable of being made good or carried out without materially interfering with the beneficial use and enjoyment of the Named Project and which would be reasonable to include in a snagging list, and Practically Complete shall be construed accordingly; Process has the meaning ascribed to it in the DPA; Procurement Law means (as the case may be):

  • Final Completion Date means the date on which Final Completion occurs.

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

  • Substantial Completion Date means the date on which Substantial Completion occurs.

  • The Completion Date means the date of completion of the Works as certified by the Employer’s Representative.

  • Completion Deadline means the date by which the Arrangement is to be completed, which date shall be April 30, 2014 or such later date as may be agreed to in writing by the Parties;

  • Milestone Date means the date set against the relevant Milestone in the Implementation Plan;

  • Scheduled Completion Date shall be the date set forth in Clause 10.3;

  • Project Milestone means the project milestone set forth in Schedule-J;

  • Virtual Completion means the premise is in the opinion of the Employer fit for occupation.
