Practicable definition

Practicable means available and capable of being done after taking into consideration cost, existing technology, and logistics in light of overall project purposes.
Practicable shall be regarded as “physically possible” and “practical” or “suitable” shall be regarded as “reasonable in the circumstances” (« possible »);
