In the event Contractor receives a written or oral request under California’s Public Records Act (codified at Government Code Section 6250 et seq.) for inspection or copies of records, documents, information or data constituting, containing, or related to DIR Confidential Information (herein, “PRA Request”), Contractor shall notify DIR of the PRA Request by close of business, Pacific time, the day it receives the request.
