PPS Law means the PPSA and any amendment made at any time to the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) or any other legislation as a consequence of the PPSA.
PPS Law means (i) the PPSA and any regulation made at any time under the PPSA, including the PPS Regulations (each as amended from time to time), and (ii) any amendment made at any time to any other legislation as a consequence of a law or regulation referred to in paragraph (i).
PPS Law means (a) the PPSA (Australia) and any regulation made at any time under the PPSA (Australia), including the PPS Regulations (each as amended from time to time) and (b) any amendment made at any time to any other legislation as a consequence of a law or regulation referred to in paragraph (a).

The hirer must do anything (such as obtaining consents and signing documents) which the owner requires for the purposes of ensuring that the owner’s security interest is enforceable, perfected, first priority and otherwise effective under the PPS Law.

PPS Law means (a) the PPSA, (b) any regulation or subordinated legislation made under or corresponding to the PPSA, and (c) any amendments made at any time to any other legislation, regulation or subordinated legislation as a consequence of the PPSA or any regulation or subordinated legislation made under or corresponding to the PPSA.
