PPP Regulations definition

PPP Regulations means the regulations applicable to the selection, preparation, appraisal, procurement and implementation of PPPs (and other related matters) made pursuant to article 3 from time to time and having binding legal effect;
PPP Regulations means the CARES Act, the Paycheck Protection Program Flexibility Act of 2020 (as amended), and all other Laws, procedures, applications, forms, frequently asked questions and other guidance concerning the Paycheck Protection Program in effect from time to time enacted, promulgated or issued by any Governmental Authority.
PPP Regulations means the Public Private Partnerships Regulations, 2014, enacted pursuant to the PPP Act, as may be amended or substituted from time to time.

More Definitions of PPP Regulations

PPP Regulations means the Public Private Partnership Regulations, 2014, as amended from time to time. Programme means the up-to-date Project Company’s Construction Plan prepared in accordance with Clause 19.3 (Programme).
PPP Regulations means the Recipient’s Public Private Partnership (Amendment) Regulations 2023, made under Section 28 of the PPP Act, and approved by Government Notice No 838A of November 16, 2023, published in the Recipient’s official gazette (special supplement) No 46 of November 16, 2023 (No. 47, Vol 104 16/11/2023).
