PPP contract definition

PPP contract means a mutually binding contract concluded between the contracting authority and private partner that set(s) forth the terms and conditions for implementing a PPP project, in accordance with the requirements and procedures provided by this law and its Implementing Regulations.
PPP contract means any formal written agreement entered into between the Contracting Authority and a Private Party under this Act for the implementation of a PPP Project or PPP arrangement;
PPP contract means the mutually binding agreement or agreements between the contracting authority and the private partner that set forth the terms and conditions for the implementation of a PPP;

The obligations arising from the Project Agreement shall be binding insofar as these do not disrupt the law, morality, or public order.
