Power Purchase Contracts definition

Power Purchase Contracts means, collectively, the Power Purchase Contracts entered into by and between the Participants and the KPP.
Power Purchase Contracts is defined in Section 6.12 hereof.

  • Power Purchaser means the entity that is purchasing the capacity and energy to be transmitted under the Tariff.
