  • Power System means all aspects of generation, transmission, distribution and supply of electricity and includes one or more of the following, namely:-

  • Power boiler means a boiler in which steam or other vapor is generated at a pressure of more than 15 psig for use external to itself or a boiler in which water is heated and intended for operation at pressures in excess of 160 psig and/or temperatures in excess of 250 degrees F by the direct application of energy from the combustion of fuels or from electricity, solar or nuclear energy.

  • Exposed conductive part means the conductive part which can be touched under the provisions of the protection degree IPXXB and which is not normally energized, but which can become electrically energized under isolation failure conditions.   • Highly restricted personal information means an individual’s photograph or image, social security number, digitized signature, and medical and disability information.

  • Investor-Owned Residential Loans means Loans, excluding advances made pursuant to Home Equity Loans, that are secured by mortgages on one- to four family residences or stock of cooperative housing associations that are not owner-occupied.
