Power Grids definition

Power Grids means the Power Grids contracting entity providing services to Customer under the Agreement and processing Personal Data on behalf of Customer. Agreement: means the main agreement under which Power Grids provides services to Customer and of which this DPA becomes part. Customer: means the party ordering services from Power Grids under the Agreement and on whose behalf and instructions Power Grids processes Personal Data. DPA: means this Data Processing Agreement.
Power Grids refers to the member of the Power Grids Group that enters into the Agreement to provide any Hitachi ABB Power Grids Enterprise Software Solutions product as a service and "Customer" refers to the other party to that Agreement. These GTCs apply to any access to or use of any Hitachi ABB Power Grids Enterprise Software Solutions product as a service by Customer pursuant to the Agreement. In these GTCs, references to Sections are to the numbered sections in these GTCs.

Examples of Power Grids in a sentence

  • Subcontractor shall access the Site only with Hitachi ABB Power Grids Contractor’s prior written approval.

  • Hitachi ABB Power Grids Contractor shall grant Subcontractor access to the respective portions of the Site (as may be required in accordance with the Schedule) to enable Subcontractor to perform its obligations under the Subcontract.

  • Resources allocation shall be reviewed periodically by Subcontractor and shared with Hitachi ABB Power Grids Contractor to ensure HSE Requirements can be met.

  • Hitachi ABB Power Grids Contractor may at its own discretion terminate the Subcontract for convenience in whole or in part at any time with immediate effect by written notice to Subcontractor.

  • Hitachi ABB Power Grids Contractor is entitled to withhold any outstanding payments until all deficiencies and defects have been remedied.

  • Electric power train means the electrical circuit which includes the traction motor(s), and may also include the REESS, the electrical energy conversion system, the electronic converters, the associated wiring harness and connectors, and the coupling system for charging the REESS.

  • Energy efficiency measure means equipment, devices, or materials intended to decrease energy consumption, including, but not limited to, upgrades to a building envelope such as insulation and glazing; improvements in heating, ventilating and cooling systems; automated energy control systems; improved lighting, including daylighting; energy‑recovery systems; combined heat and power systems; or another utility cost‑savings measure approved by the governing body.

  • Design torso angle means the angle measures between a vertical line through the "R" point and the torso line in a position which corresponds to the design position of the seat-back established by the vehicle manufacturer;

  • Sound level meter means an instrument which includes a microphone, amplifier, RMS detector, integrator or time averager, output meter, and weighting networks used to measure sound pressure levels.

  • Smart grid means capital improvements to an electric distribution utility's distribution infrastructure that improve reliability, efficiency, resiliency, or reduce energy demand or use, including, but not limited to, advanced metering and automation of system functions.

  • Electric utility steam generating unit means any steam electric generating unit that is constructed for the purpose of supplying more than one-third of its potential electric output capacity and more than 25 MW electrical output to any utility power distribution system for sale. Any steam supplied to a steam distribution system for the purpose of providing steam to a steam-electric generator that would produce electrical energy for sale is also considered in determining the electrical energy output capacity of the affected facility.

  • Cubic foot of gas means the amount of gas required to fill a cubic foot of space when the gas is at an absolute pressure of fourteen and seventy-three hundredths (14.73) pounds per square inch at a temperature of sixty (60) degrees Fahrenheit.

  • Capacity Interconnection Rights means the rights to input generation as a Generation Capacity Resource into the Transmission System at the Point of Interconnection where the generating facilities connect to the Transmission System.
