Potential Operators definition

Potential Operators means, as the case may be or the context requires, any MSO or operator of packet-switched data systems now or hereafter owned or controlled by, directly or indirectly, or affiliated with Paul X. Xxxxx, Xxerators or their respective affiliates or subsidiaries.
