Post-Closing Statement definition

Post-Closing Statement has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3(c).

  • After receipt of the Post-Closing Statement, Sellers’ Representative shall have forty-five (45) days (the “Review Period”) to review the Post-Closing Statement.
