Possession Date definition

Possession Date means the date of execution of this Agreement;

Possession Date means, with respect to the Facility, the earlier of the date upon which (a) FHA Lender, or its nominee, has taken actual physical possession and control of the Facility, whether by foreclosure, deed in lieu of foreclosure, appointment of a receiver or other legal process, or (b) FHA Lender, or its nominee, has begun the operation and management of the Facility.

Possession Date shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Clause 6.2.2 of this Agreement;

• The Maintenance Charges shall be payable by the Purchasers on and from the Possession Date, irrespective of whether the Purchasers are occupying it or not, or the date hereof, whichever is earlier, and monthly bills will be raised on the Purchasers to be paid by the Purchasers within seven days from the date of the bills.

• Upon receiving the Notice of Possession from the Developer, as per para 7.2, the Allottee shall take possession of the Apartment from the Developers within the Possession Date by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement, and the Developers shall give possession of the Apartment to the Allottee.

• Possession of the Property will be delivered to Buyer on Possession Date at Possession Time, subject to the 660 Leases as set forth in § 10.6.1.7. 661 If Seller, after Closing, fails to deliver possession as specified, Seller will be subject to eviction and will be additionally liable 662 to Buyer for payment of $ per day (or any part of a day notwithstanding § 18.1) from Possession Date and 663 Possession Time until possession is delivered.

Possession Date bears the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.3;

Possession Date means the date upon which the Seller gives and the Purchaser physically takes possession and occupation of the Property which will be as near as possible to the Estimated Possession Date but not prior to the date of issue of the Certificate of Practical Completion;
