Positive List means the following activities and Events, which are allowed to be undertaken in the Project:

  • Recommendations received from the Competent Authorities regarding approving licensing applications for Foreign Direct Investment Projects in sectors and economic activities, and their respective parts, which are not included in the Positive List.
