POS Device definition

POS Device means a device enabled to accept EPE Cards for the purposes of payment for goods and/or services;
POS Device means a physical electronic cash register or dedicated point of sale hardware or terminal that is used for WIC processing.
POS Device means a terminal, software or other point-of-sale device at a Company location that conforms to the requirements established from time to time by Elavon and the applicable Payment Network.

  • You cannot use your Card to obtain cash from an Automated Teller Machine (“ATM”), Point of Sale (POS) Device, or by any other means.
