Portfolio Swaption definition

Portfolio Swaption means any unexercised option to enter into a Credit Derivative Transaction that is an Auction Covered Transaction (other than another Portfolio Swaption) that references more than one Reference Entity.

Examples of Portfolio Swaption in a sentence

  • Underlying CDS means, in respect of a Single Name Swaption or Portfolio Swaption, the underlying Credit Derivative Transaction to which the relevant unexercised option relates.

  • Covered Swaption Transaction means any Credit Derivative Transaction that is either a Single Name Swaption or a Portfolio Swaption.

  • In respect of each Covered Transaction that is not a Covered Portfolio Swaption, (A) the Cash Settlement Date under the Covered Transaction or the Cash Settlement Date in respect of the Landsbanki Portion, as applicable, shall be the Cash Settlement Date specified in the Auction Methodology, and (B) in respect of each Covered Portfolio Swaption, the Cash Settlement Date shall be as set out under clause (f) "Portfolio Swaptions" below.

  • In respect of each Covered Transaction that is not a Covered Portfolio Swaption, (A) the Cash Settlement Date under the Covered Transaction or the Cash Settlement Date in respect of theLandsbanki Kaupþing Portion, as applicable, shall be the Cash Settlement Date specified in the Auction Methodology, and (B) in respect of each Covered Portfolio Swaption, the Cash Settlement Date shall be as set out under clause (f) "Portfolio Swaptions" below.
