Portfolio Entities definition

Portfolio Entities means any Person in which the Fund (or an Intermediate Holding Vehicle) as applicable) has invested, together with its subsidiaries, in accordance with the Partnership Agreement.

More Definitions of Portfolio Entities

Portfolio Entities means the partnerships, corporations, limited liability companies or other entities in which CRSI holds, as of January 1, 1997, a whole or partial equity interest, and which entities are primarily engaged in the ownership of multifamily real estate or interests therein.

Related to Portfolio Entities

  • Portfolio Companies means any Person in which any Fund owns or has made, directly or indirectly, an investment.

  • Portfolio Assets means the portion of the net assets of the Fund managed by the Sub-Adviser pursuant to the following investment strategy as agreed to by the Adviser and the Sub-Adviser in a separately negotiated investment mandate: Emerging Markets (each a “Strategy”).

  • Portfolio Company means the issuer or obligor under any Portfolio Investment held by any Obligor.

  • Portfolio means any account, trust or other investment vehicle (except "Fund") over which the Firm has investment management discretion.

  • Mortgage Assets The Mortgage Loans to be included in the Trust Fund are as described in Annex A hereto.

  • Acquired Companies means, collectively, the Company and the Company Subsidiaries.
