Portfolio Documents definition

Portfolio Documents means those documents prepared by the Trust that, pursuant to Rule 498(e)(1), must be publicly accessible, free of charge, at the Web site address specified on the cover page or at the beginning of the Summary Prospectus. Portfolio Documents include each Portfolio’s current Summary Prospectus, Statutory Prospectus, Statement of Additional Information, and most recent annual and semi-annual reports to shareholders under Rule 30e-1 of the Investment Company Act of 1940 (the “1940 Act”).
Portfolio Documents means, collectively, any Lease or contract, and any other agreement or document executed and delivered by an Account Lessee in connection with such Lease to or for the benefit of Holdings or any subsequent transferee thereof, including renewals, extensions, modifications and amendments thereof.
Portfolio Documents means (a) the Project Documents, (b) the Tax Equity Documents, (c) the Wholly Owned Opco Documents and (d) the Management Agreement.

More Definitions of Portfolio Documents

Portfolio Documents means (a) the Exela Credit Agreement, (b) the Exela Indenture, (c) any other indenture, credit agreement or other agreement pursuant to which the Exela Term Loans or Exela Notes has been issued or created, (d) each other agreement that governs the terms of or secures the obligations represented by such Exela Term Loans or Exela Notes or of which the holders of such Exela Term Loans or Exela Notes are the beneficiaries, and (e) all related transaction documents.
Portfolio Documents means, collectively, (i) the Portfolio Loan Documents, (ii) the Tax Equity Documents and (iv) any ABS Transaction Documents on the execution thereof.
Portfolio Documents collectively means a promissory note, a truth-in-lending disclosure and any other agreement or document executed and delivered by an Account Debtor in connection with a Receivable to or for the benefit of Originator, Servicer, Issuer or any subsequent transferee thereof, including renewals, extensions, modifications and amendments thereof.
Portfolio Documents collectively means all (i) Portfolio Agreements, (ii) Portfolio Books, and (iii) all other documents, instruments, and agreements executed and delivered in connection with a Receivable of a Borrower, including but not limited to, guarantees, any document that evidences any lien, security interest, assignment or other interest in Portfolio Collateral as security for a Receivable, and any warranty of validity or other agreement providing for or evidencing assurance with respect to the existence, authenticity or genuineness of any Portfolio Collateral or Portfolio Documents.
