Examples of Portfolio Calculation in a sentence

  • For so long as any shares of Cumulative Preferred Stock are outstanding, the Corporation shall maintain, on each Valuation Date, a Portfolio Calculation at least equal to the Basic Maintenance Amount, each as of such Valuation Date.

  • Upon any failure to maintain the required Portfolio Calculation, the Corporation shall use its best efforts to reattain a Portfolio Calculation at least equal to the Basic Maintenance Amount on or prior to the Basic Maintenance Amount Cure Date, by altering the composition of its portfolio or otherwise.

  • In determining the Portfolio Calculation, the Corporation shall use the Moody's Discount Factor applicable to the loaned securities rather than the Moody's Discount Factor applicable to the collateral.

  • At any time that the Note is outstanding on or before 5:00 P.M., Boston time, on the last Business Day of the last full week of each calendar quarter (commencing March 25, 1994), the Fund shall deliver to Holder by mail, telecopy, telex or other electronic transcription, an Officers' report stating, as of such last Business Day, to the best knowledge of the Officers signing such Officers' report, the Portfolio Calculation and the Note Basic Maintenance Amount each as of such last Business Day.

  • The Deposit Securities deposited with the Paying Agent pursuant to the immediately preceding sentence and the shares of Preferred Stock to be redeemed shall be excluded from the calculation of the Basic Maintenance Amount and the Portfolio Calculation.

  • Rate Calculation Date means the day which is two Rate Calculation Business Days before the due date of the relevant amount under these Conditions;

  • Portfolio Value means the aggregate amount of portfolio of investments including cash balance without netting off of leverage undertaken by the CDMDF.

  • Rate Calculation Business Day means a day (other than a Saturday or Sunday) on which commercial banks are open for general business (including dealings in foreign exchange) in Hong Kong and New York City;

  • FX Calculation Date means each day on which FX is published by the Fixing Sponsor. "FX Call Event" means each of the following events:

  • Valuation Point means such time as shall be specified in the relevant Supplement for each Fund.

  • Calculation Day means any Index Business Day during the Calculation Period on which a Market Disruption Event has not occurred.

  • Total Monthly Excess Spread As to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the excess if any, of (i) the interest on the Mortgage Loans received by the Servicer on or prior to the related Determination Date or advanced by the Servicer for the related Remittance Date (net of Expense Fees) over (ii) the sum of the amounts payable to the Certificates pursuant to Section 4.02(a)(i) on such Distribution Date.
