Port authority facilities definition

Port authority facilities means real or personal property, or any combination thereof, that is owned, leased, or otherwise controlled or financed by a port authority and is related to, useful for, or in furtherance of, one or more authorized purposes.
Port authority facilities or “Facilities” shall mean those areas owned or controlled by the Port Authority as described on Exhibit “C” attached hereto.
