Pooling Point definition

Pooling Point means a virtual point on the Maui Pipeline, being a Delivery Point or Receipt Point as appropriate, which shall be treated for any invoicing purposes as being located at the Bertrand Road Welded Point.

  • In addition to the foregoing, for quantities delivered to non-primary delivery points, Shipper shall pay an additional (i)$0.40/Dth/day charge for deliveries to points located in MIDs 1 through 16A, except quantities may be delivered to the Pampa Pooling Point at the Rate set forth above provided the quantities are ultimately redelivered to Demarc on this Agreement.

  • The SPDs may decide to share the cost of transmission charges and other associated charges from the Pooling Point up to the Interconnection Point, amongst themselves.

  • Deliveries by a Shipper to a Pool Point shall not be assessed the Usage Charge and Fuel Reimbursement to the extent that the Corresponding Transportation Agreement under which the gas will be transported from the Pooling Point is assessed the applicable Usage Charge and Fuel Reimbursement.

  • Transco proposes to construct and operate the Project facilities to provide an incremental 829,400 Dth/d of year-round firm transportation capacity from the Marcellus Shale production areas in northeastern PA to Transco’s mainline at the Station 210 Zone 6 Pooling Point in Mercer County, NJ, and multiple delivery points along Transco’s mainline and Marcus Hook and Trenton Woodbury Laterals in NJ, PA, and MD.

More Definitions of Pooling Point

Pooling Point means a type of telecommunications equipment (and all hardware and software ancillary thereto) either owned and/or operated and/or administered by an entity or entities (collectively termed a "Pooling Point Developer"), which provides for the interconnection between various telecommunications networks, equipment, facilities or circuits (which themselves are owned, leased or operated independently of the Pooling Point) and which also provides, inter alia, for the routing of data and of other information in electronic form between such telecommunications networks, equipment, facilities or circuits.
Pooling Point means a "paper" point of transfer whereby suppliers can aggregate gas supplies for delivery to their downstream markets.
Pooling Point means a logical point where supply is aggregated or disaggregated; this point is not a physical point in the System, but is used solely for nomination and scheduling purposes in order to allow Shipper to aggregate gas supplies. Related to Pooling Point

  • Pooling Substation/ Pooling Point means a point where more than one Project may connect to a common Transmission System. Multiple Projects can be connected to a pooling substation from where common transmission system shall be constructed and maintained by the WPD(s) to get connected to the ISTS substation. The voltage level for such common line shall be 220 kV or above. Further, the metering of the pooled power shall be done at the injection point, i.e. the ISTS substation. However, the voltage level of transmission system of individual projects up to the pooling substation may be at 33 kV and above. Sub-meters shall be installed at the pooling substation for metering and forecasting and scheduling of individual Projects. The losses in the common transmission system up to the injection point shall be apportioned to the individual Projects for the purpose of billing.

  • Pooling and Servicing Agreement The pooling and servicing agreement among Wells Fargo Asset Securities Corporation, as depositor, Wells Fargo Xxxx, N.A., as master servicer, the Trustee, and, if appxxxxxle, the Trust Administrator, relating to the issuance of the Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates.
