Pooling Collaboration definition

Pooling Collaboration means the arrangements for asset pooling under the Investment Pool within a framework of strong internal governance to achieve economies of scale and improved investment in infrastructure carried on by the Constituent Authorities as described by this Agreement.

  • Joint Technology means Joint Inventions and Joint Patents.

  • Licensed Property means the portion of the Software and the Documentation to which Customer has purchased a License as identified on an applicable Order. Licensed Property shall include any updates or upgrades to the Licensed Property that AvePoint may at its discretion deliver to Customer.
