Pooled Investment Fund definition

Pooled Investment Fund means a Fund established under Article XI, the combined assets of which shall consist of the common investments of all Participants selecting the Fund.

  • Notwithstanding Subsections a and b above, in the event a Pooled Investment Fund is created as an investment option in this Plan, valuation of the Pooled Investment Fund and allocation of earnings of the Pooled Investment Fund shall be governed by the Administrative Services Agreement for such Pooled Investment Fund.
