Pooled Component definition

Pooled Component. As defined in the Preliminary Statement.
Pooled Component. Each of the AN Pooled Component and the PF Pooled Component, individually or collectively, as the context requires.
Pooled Component. With respect to the Battlefield Mortgage Loan, the Battlefield Mall Pooled Component and with respect to the Alliance Center Mortgage Loan, the Alliance Center Pooled Component.

  • The Class CS-P Uncertificated Interest shall be deemed to have received the distributions and allocations actually distributed to or allocated to the Pooled Component pursuant to Section 3.35.

  • Cash Component means that portion, if any, of the Conversion Shares Offer Consideration consisting of cash.

  • Class X Strip Rate With respect to each Component for any Distribution Date, a rate per annum equal to: (i) the WAC Rate for such Distribution Date, minus (ii) the Pass-Through Rate for the Corresponding Certificates.

  • Index Component means those securities, assets or reference values of which the Index is comprised from time to time.

  • Combination Products means COBI Combination Products, EVG Combination Products, TDF Combination Products, TAF Combination Products and Quad Product.

  • Dilution Volatility Component means the product (expressed as a percentage) of (i) the difference between (a) the highest three (3)-month rolling average Dilution Ratio over the past 12 Calculation Periods and (b) the Adjusted Dilution Ratio, and (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is equal to the amount calculated in (i)(a) of this definition and the denominator of which is equal to the amount calculated in (i)(b) of this definition.

  • Loop Concentrator/Multiplexer or "LCM" is the Network Element that does one or more of the following: aggregates lower bit rate or bandwidth signals to higher bit rate or bandwidth signals (multiplexing); disaggregates higher bit rate or bandwidth signals to lower bit rate or bandwidth signals (demultiplexing); aggregates a specified number of signals or channels to fewer channels (concentrating); performs signal conversion, including encoding of signals (e.g., analog to digital and digital to analog signal conversion); or in some instances performs electrical to optical (E/O) conversion.
