Pool A definition

Pool A means that portion of the Incentive Compensation awarded by Apogee to the Participant which Participant has elected to defer and which, pursuant to this Plan, Apogee as Grantor shall contribute to the Trust.
Pool A means the Contracts identified on the Contract Schedule as constituting Pool A and the other Trust Property related thereto.

  • The Administration shall notify each eligible bargaining-unit member of the amount of his/her award and how much of the award comes from Pool A and from Pool B.

  • For Pool A: The Personnel Committee of each department-level unit shall consider each eligible bargaining-unit member’s performance based on the applicable annual review conducted under Article 20 (for librarians) or Article 33 (for faculty) of this Agreement and shall determine the amount (if any) of a merit award he/she should receive from Pool A.

Pool A means the aggregated Participating Eligible Admitted Claims where each such Participating Eligible Admitted Claim has an Admitted Claim Value equal to or less than £18,000,000.00;
