Polygraph Examinee definition

Polygraph Examinee means a person who is taking a polygraph examination.
Polygraph Examinee means (1) individuals who apply for the Department’s law enforcement positions of Deputy Sheriff Trainee, Reserve Deputy Sheriff, Custody Assistant, Security Officers, or (2) other public safety agency candidates.
Polygraph Examinee means (1) individual who applies for the Department’s peace officer positions of Deputy Probation Officer, Detention Services Officer and Group Supervisor, Nights.

Related to Polygraph Examinee

  • Medical examination means the preliminary assessment of a person by an authorized health worker or by a person under the direct supervision of the competent authority, to determine the person’s health status and potential public health risk to others, and may include the scrutiny of health documents, and a physical examination when justified by the circumstances of the individual case;

  • Visual impairment including blindness means an impairment in vision that, even with correction, adversely affects a student's educational performance. The term includes both partial sight and blindness.

  • Deaf/blindness means concomitant hearing and visual impairments, the combination of which causes such severe communication and other developmental and educational problems that they cannot be accommodated in special education programs solely for students with deafness or students with blindness.

  • Home health aide means an individual employed by a home health agency to provide home health services under the direction of a registered nurse or therapist.

  • National examination means the examinations developed and administered by the Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy and approved by the board for licensure as a physical therapist or physical therapist assistant.

  • Qualifying Examination means examinations on the basis of which a candidate becomes eligible for admission or its equivalent examination;

  • Physical examination means the assessment of an individual’s health by a professional licensed to practice medicine or osteopathy, or by an advanced practice nurse or physician assistant.
