Pollution Condition definition

Pollution Condition means the actual or alleged discharge, dispersal, release or escape of smoke, vapors, soot, fumes, acids, alkalis, toxic chemicals, liquids or gases, waste materials or other irritants, contaminants or pollutants into or upon land, the atmosphere or any watercourse or body of water, which results in Bodily Injury, Property Damage or Cleanup Costs.
Pollution Condition means: 2. The discharge, dispersal, release, escape, migration, or seepage of any solid, liquid, gaseous or thermal irritant, contaminant, or pollutant, including smoke, soot, vapors, fumes, acids, alkalis, chemicals, hazardous substances, hazardous materials, or waste materials, on, in, into, or upon land and structures thereupon, the atmosphere, surface water, or groundwater.
Pollution Condition means any spilling, leaking, emitting, discharging, dispersing, seeping, escaping or releasing of the contents of any “covered underground storage tank” or “covered aboveground storage tank” into surface soils, subsurface soils, surface water, sediments or groundwater.
