Polluted water definition

Polluted water means water containing organic or other contaminants of such type and quantity as to render it unsafe, harmful or unsuitable for human consumption and general use.
Polluted water means drainage water or waste water which contains more than any of the following:
Polluted water means water whose chemical, physical, biological, or radiological integrity has been degraded through the artificial or natural infusion of chemicals, radionuclides, heat, biological organisms, or mineralogi- cal or other extraneous matter.

Polluted water means water containing objectionable or harmful material rendering it unfit for its intended use;
