Poll watcher definition

Poll watcher means a person certified by the county chairman of a political party to observe voter turn out and registration. A "poll watcher" is not an election official;
Poll watcher means an enrolled MBCI member designated by the Tribal Election Committee to monitor the conduct of any Tribal election. Poll watchers are acting on behalf of the Tribal Election Committee and not on behalf of any candidate.
