Policy Matrix definition

Policy Matrix means the policy matrix attached to the Policy Letter, as agreed between the Borrower and ADB which sets forth actions accomplished or to be accomplished by the Borrower under the Program Cluster;

Policy Matrix means the policy matrix attached to the Policy Letter as agreed between the Recipient and ADB;

Policy Matrix means the policy matrix attached to the Policy Letter;

• The Borrower shall keep ADB informed of, and the Borrower and ADB shall, from time to time, engage in active policy dialogue on sector issues, policy reforms, and other measures during the Program Period and on additional reforms that may be considered necessary or desirable, and exchange views on, the progress made in carrying out the policies and actions set out in the Policy Letter and the Policy Matrix.

Policy Matrix means the policy matrix attached to the Policy Letter and agreed between the Borrower and ADB, as set out in appendix 6 of the Report and Recommendation to the President for the Program;
