"Policy Issuance Date" shall mean the date of first issuance of these Terms and Benefits. "Prescribed Diagnostic Imaging Tests" shall mean computed tomography (“CT” scan), magnetic resonance imaging (“MRI” scan), positron emission tomography (“PET” scan), PET-CT combined and PET-MRI combined. "Prescribed Non-surgical Cancer Treatments" shall mean chemotherapy, radiotherapy, targeted therapy, immunotherapy and hormonal therapy for cancer treatment.
