Policy File definition

Policy File means, except as otherwise consented to by the Agent, with respect to any Policy, the documents specified as the “Policy File” on Schedule II hereto, in each case in substantially the form attached as part of Exhibit B hereto or such other form as the Agent may approve in writing (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld).

More Definitions of Policy File

Policy File in Section 1.01 of the Credit Agreement is amended by replacing the reference therein to “Exhibit B-2” with “Exhibit B-3”.
Policy File means, with respect to each Pool Policy, the document file relating to such Pool Policy containing each of the following items:

Related to Policy File

  • Master File has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.
