Policy Charges definition

Policy Charges means the charges shown in Section 3 of the Schedule. Policy Charges are applicable and will be determined in the manner shown in Section 3 of the Schedule subject to the terms and conditions of the Policy.
Policy Charges means those charges referred to in Condition 5.

Examples of Policy Charges in a sentence

  • The Death Benefit is adjusted to reflect any unpaid Monthly Policy Charges if the Policy is in the grace period.

  • If the Insured dies during the grace period, the Death Benefit proceeds will be reduced by the amount of the unpaid Monthly Policy Charges.

  • At the end of the Death Benefit Guarantee Period, if the Cash Surrender Value is less than the current Monthly Policy Charges, the Policy will enter the Policy Grace Period and an additional Premium Payment will be required to keep the Policy in force.

  • On the effective date of the reinstatement, the Policy Value will be equal to the sum of the Net Premium paid upon reinstatement and any Policy Debt, minus the sum of all Monthly Policy Charges due and unpaid prior to the expiration of the Policy Grace Period and the Monthly Policy Charge due on the reinstatement effective date.

  • Payment of Top-Up Premiums is subject to Charges as set out in the Schedule of Policy Charges.

  • Then, when a Premium Payment is made, the Net Premium is credited to the Policy and Northwestern Mutual will deduct accumulated due and unpaid Monthly Policy Charges from Invested Assets.

  • When the Policy is being kept in force by the Death Benefit Guarantee because it does not have sufficient Cash Surrender Value to pay the current Monthly Policy Charge, the Monthly Policy Charges will first reduce the Invested Assets, if any, to zero and will then accumulate as due and unpaid.

  • During the period allowed for reinstatement, the Policy shall continue to be in force for the Base Plan by levying applicable Policy Charges.

  • Unless the Death Benefit Guarantee is in effect, if the Cash Surrender Value is less than the Monthly Policy Charges on any Monthly Processing Date, a 61 day2 grace period is allowed for the payment of sufficient premium to keep the Policy in force.

  • Policy Charges are deducted as set out in the Schedule of Policy Charges.

Related to Policy Charges

  • Contract Charges means charges that accrue during a given month as defined in Article III. “Contract Term” is defined in Article IV.

  • Utility Charges means water, sewer, electricity, gas and other utility charges, if any, applicable to the Real Property or the Leased Real Property;

  • Monthly Charges means a finance carrying charge of one and one-half of one percent (1.5%) and a storage and handling charge of one-half of one percent (0.5%), in each case of the Cost of the Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or of the fees for the Product affected by the reschedule or cancellation (as applicable) per month until such Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or Product is returned to the vendor, used to manufacture Product or is otherwise purchased by Customer.

  • SLDC Charges means the charges levied by the SLDC of the state wherein the Solar Power Project is located;

  • CCAA Charges means the Administration Charge and the Directors’ Charge;

  • Bond Service Charges means, for any period or payable at any time, the principal of, premium, if any, and interest on the Bonds for that period or payable at that time whether due at maturity or upon redemption, Mandatory Tender or acceleration.

  • Debt charges means the principal, including any mandatory sinking fund deposits and mandatory redemption payments, interest, and any redemption premium, payable on securities as those payments come due and are payable. The use of "debt charges" for this purpose does not imply that any particular securities constitute debt within the meaning of the Ohio Constitution or other laws.

  • Penalty Charges means any amounts collected from the Borrower that represent default charges, penalty charges, late fees and/or default interest, but excluding any yield maintenance charge or prepayment premium.

  • Water Charges means service charges in respect of the provision of water.

  • Service Charges means the fees levied by the municipality in terms of its tariff policy for any municipal services rendered in respect of an immovable property and includes any penalties, interest or surcharges levied or imposed in terms of this policy.

  • Insurance Expenses means any Insurance Proceeds (i) applied to the repair of the related Leased Vehicle, (ii) released to the related Lessee in accordance with applicable law or the Customary Servicing Practices or (iii) representing other related expenses incurred by the Servicer that are not otherwise included in Liquidation Expenses or Disposition Expenses and recoverable by the Servicer under any applicable Servicer Basic Documents.

  • Premium surcharge means a payment required from a subscriber, in addition to the subscriber's medical premium contribution, due to an enrollee's tobacco use or an enrolled subscriber's spouse or state registered domestic partner choosing not to enroll in their employer- based group medical when:

  • Usual and Customary Charges means those comparable charges for similar treatment, services and supplies in the geographic area where treatment is performed.

  • Insurance Premiums shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.1(b) hereof.

  • Track Charges means the charges payable by or on behalf of the Train Operator to Network Rail, as set out in paragraph 1 of Part 2 of Schedule 7 or under the Traction Electricity Rules;

  • User Charges means a charge made to airlines by a service provider for the provision of airport, airport environmental, air navigation and aviation security facilities and services.

  • Monthly Charge shall have the meaning set forth in Article 5.

  • Hire Charges means the rates and charges payable by You for the hire of the Equipment.

  • Insurance Costs means the sums described in paragraph 1.1 of Part 5 of the Schedule;

  • Default Charges Default Interest and/or late payment charges that are paid or payable, as the context may require, in respect of any Mortgage Loan or Serviced Pari Passu Companion Loan or REO Mortgage Loan.

  • Maintenance Charges means the charges payable by the applicant to the Maintenance Agency in accordance with the demand raised by the Maintenance Agency for the maintenance and up keep of the said building/ said complex, including common areas and facilities but does not include; (a) the charges for actual consumption of utilities in the Dwelling Unit including but not limited to electricity, water, which shall be charged based on actual consumption on monthly basis and (b) any statutory payments, taxes, with regard to the Dwelling Unit/ said building/said complex.

  • Premiums means premiums, considerations, deposits and similar receipts with respect to the Policies or Post-Closing Policies.

  • Energy Charge means a charge for each kilowatt-hour (kWh) of electrical energy;

  • Debt Service Charges means for any Measurement Period, the sum of (a) Consolidated Interest Charges required to be paid for such Measurement Period, plus (b) regularly scheduled principal payments required to be made on account of Indebtedness (excluding the Obligations and any Synthetic Lease Obligations and Capital Lease Obligations) for such Measurement Period, in each case determined on a Consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP.

  • Management Charge means the sum paid by the Supplier to the Authority being an amount of half (0.5) percent of all Charges for the Services invoiced to the Contracting Bodies (net of VAT) in each Month throughout the Term and thereafter until the expiry or earlier termination of any Call-Off Contract;

  • Delivery charges means charges by the seller for preparation and delivery to a location designated by the purchaser of tangible personal property or services. Delivery charges include, but are not limited to, transportation, shipping, postage, handling, crating, and packing. Beginning September 1, 2004, delivery charges do not include the charges for delivery of direct mail if the charges are separately stated on an invoice or similar billing document given to the purchaser.
