Police Employee definition

Police Employee means any employee who is assigned to police work.

Police Employee means a person who is a sworn Employee.

Police Employee means an employee who is a sworn officer in the police division who has the power to arrest or is a police cadet who performs various assigned duties in order to receive training and orientation benefits before becoming eligible for promotion to police officer.

Police Employee means any employee who is assigned to police work as a peace officer pursuant to R.S. 40:1379.
