Point(s) of Delivery means the point(s) on the Transmission Provider’s Transmission System where capacity and energy transmitted by the Transmission Provider will be made available to the Receiving Party under Tariff, Part II. Although FMPA-ARP will utilize and receive LWB’s Solar Energy in exchange for the Exchange Energy delivered to LWB at the Exchange Point(s) of Delivery pursuant to this Agreement, the Parties agree that for purposes of the FMPA-Solar III Project PPA, LWB’s Solar Energy shall be deemed to have been utilized and received by LWB, and FMPA-ARP shall have no rights or interests in, to or under the FMPA-Solar III Project PPA.

More Definitions of Point(s) of Delivery
Point(s) of Delivery shall have the meaning set forth in Article 8.
Point(s) of Delivery means the inlet of the Gas measurement facilities at the existing interconnection between the System and the facilities of a Third Party Pipeline Transporter (“Transporter") where Dedicated Production is redelivered to Transporter for Shipper’s account.
