Points of Connection definition

Points of Connection means those points where the Project connects to the water supply system of a Project Participant or the point of connection where the Project Participant takes Water Offset.

Points of Connection means the physical location where Cooperative owned infrastructure connects to a Project Participant’s owned infrastructure. For the West Polk Lower Floridan Aquifer Project, this will be where the Cooperatives’ finished water pipeline from the West Polk water treatment plant physically connects to the City of Lakeland’s water system.

Points of Connection means the points where Potable Water leaves the Unit System of one Authority Customer and enters the Unit System of another Authority Customer. A “Point of Connection” is one such point.

More Definitions of Points of Connection

Points of Connection means the locations where the JWC facilities connect, for the purposes of receiving potable water service, from the currently existing water distribution system owned and operated by Minneapolis as shown in the attached and hereto incorporated Exhibits 1 and 2.

Points of Connection means a point or points at which the Township connects collector or interceptor sewer mains over which it has exclusive use and control to (1) a collector or interceptor sewer main which is owned by the Borough and jointly used by the Borough and the Township, or (2) an interceptor sewer or pump station owned by the Borough. The Points of Connection are indicated on the plan titled “Plan of Connections”, which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof by reference.
