Point of MSS Interconnection definition

Point of MSS Interconnection means any point at which SVP’s System is directly interconnected with the CAISO Controlled Grid or with any other portion of the interconnected electric grid in the CAISO Balancing Authority Area. The initial Points of MSS Interconnection are described in Section 4.1.
Point of MSS Interconnection means any point at which the Generating Units and Service Areas of NCPA and the MSS Members that are part of NCPA’s System are directly interconnected with the CAISO Controlled Grid or with any other portion of the interconnected electric grid in the CAISO Balancing Authority Area. The initial Points of MSS Interconnection are described in Section 4.1.
Point of MSS Interconnection means any point at which Vernon’s System is interconnected with the CAISO Controlled Grid in the CAISO Balancing Authority Area. The Point of MSS Interconnection is described in Section 4.1.

  • Notwithstanding any other provision in this Section 4.5, NCPA and the MSSAA Members shall provide the CAISO with access for inspection or audit, to their respective equipment or other facilities forming part of NCPA’s System listed in Schedule 1, the operation of which affects any Point of MSS Interconnection or the CAISO Controlled Grid, without prior notice during normal working hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding NERC defined holidays.

  • Except as otherwise agreed by the Parties, unless Pacific Gas and Electric Company directs NCPA to maintain a specific voltage at any Point of MSS Interconnection for a NCPA or MSSAA Member Generating Unit, NCPA shall maintain the voltage on NCPA’s System so that reactive flows at the Points of MSS Interconnection are within the power factor band of 0.97 lag to 0.99 lead.

Point of MSS Interconnection means any point at which the City of Riverside may in the future be directly interconnected with the CAISO Controlled Grid in the CAISO Balancing Authority Area. The initial Points of MSS Interconnection are described in Section 4.1.

  • point of metering means the point at which the customer’s consumption of electricity is metered and which may be at the point of supply or at any other point on the distribution system of the municipality or the electrical installation of the customer, as specified by the municipality; provided that it shall meter all of, and only, the customer’s consumption of electricity;

Transmission Provider: The “Transmission Provider” shall be the Office of the Interconnection for all purposes, provided that the Transmission Owners will have the responsibility for the following specified activities:

  • Point of Connection means the point at which electricity may flow into or out of the Network;

  • Interconnection Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which the project is connected to the grid i.e. it shall be at 11 / 22 kV bus bar level of substation of MSEDCL.

  • Customer Interconnection Facilities means all facilities and equipment owned and/or controlled, operated and maintained by Interconnection Customer on Interconnection Customer’s side of the Point of Interconnection identified in the appropriate appendices to the Interconnection Service Agreement and to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, including any modifications, additions, or upgrades made to such facilities and equipment, that are necessary to physically and electrically interconnect the Customer Facility with the Transmission System.

  • Point of Demarcation means for MPLS, the port on the provider switch or, in case of a VPN for access, the external interface to the Internet of the VPN device of SAP’s Computing Environment.

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.

  • Interconnect means to connect an alarm system including an automatic dialing device to a telephone line, either directly or through a mechanical device that utilizes a telephone, for the purpose of using the telephone line to transmit a message upon the activation of the alarm system.

  • Interconnection equipment means a group of components or an integrated system owned and operated by the interconnection customer that connects an electric generator with a local electric power system, as that term is defined in Section 3.1.6.2 of IEEE Standard 1547, or with the electric distribution system. Interconnection equipment is all interface equipment including switchgear, protective devices, inverters or other interface devices. Interconnection equipment may be installed as part of an integrated equipment package that includes a generator or other electric source.

  • Generation Interconnection Facilities Study means a Facilities Study related to a Generation Interconnection Request.

  • Surplus Interconnection Service means any unneeded portion of Interconnection Service established in an Interconnection Service Agreement, such that if Surplus Interconnection Service is utilized, the total amount of Interconnection Service at the Point of Interconnection would remain the same. Switching and Tagging Rules:

  • Interconnection Party means a Transmission Provider, Interconnection Customer, or the Interconnected Transmission Owner. Interconnection Parties shall mean all of them.

  • Electrical Interconnection Facilities means the equipment and facilities required to safely and reliably interconnect a Facility to the transmission system of the Transmitting Utility, including the collection system between each Bloom System, transformers and all switching, metering, communications, control and safety equipment, including the facilities described in any applicable Interconnection Agreement.

  • Capacity Interconnection Rights means the rights to input generation as a Generation Capacity Resource into the Transmission System at the Point of Interconnection where the generating facilities connect to the Transmission System.

  • Surplus Interconnection Customer means either an Interconnection Customer whose Generating Facility is already interconnected to the PJM Transmission System or one of its affiliates, or an unaffiliated entity that submits a Surplus Interconnection Request to utilize Surplus Interconnection Service within the Transmission System in the PJM Region. A Surplus Interconnection Customer is not a New Service Customer.

  • PJM Interconnection, L.L.C. or "PJM" means the privately-

  • Interconnection Customer means a Generation Interconnection Customer and/or a Transmission Interconnection Customer.

  • Interconnection Service means the physical and electrical interconnection of the Customer Facility with the Transmission System pursuant to the terms of Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI and the Interconnection Service Agreement entered into pursuant thereto by Interconnection Customer, the Interconnected Transmission Owner and Transmission Provider. Interconnection Service Agreement:

  • point of supply means the point determined by the Municipality or any duly authorised official of the Municipality at which electricity is supplied to any premises by the Municipality;

  • Interconnection Service(s means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.

  • Interconnection Provider means PacifiCorp Transmission.

  • Generation Interconnection Customer means an entity that submits an Interconnection Request to interconnect a new generation facility or to increase the capacity of an existing generation facility interconnected with the Transmission System in the PJM Region. Generation Interconnection Request:

  • Interconnection Construction Service Agreement means the agreement entered into by an Interconnection Customer, Interconnected Transmission Owner and the Transmission Provider pursuant to Tariff, Part VI, Subpart B and in the form set forth in Tariff, Attachment P, relating to construction of Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, and/or Local Upgrades and coordination of the construction and interconnection of an associated Customer Facility. A separate Interconnection Construction Service Agreement will be executed with each Transmission Owner that is responsible for construction of any Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, or Local Upgrades associated with interconnection of a Customer Facility. Interconnection Customer:

  • Interconnection Service Agreement means an agreement among the Transmission Provider, an Interconnection Customer and an Interconnected Transmission Owner regarding interconnection under Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI.
