Point of Hire definition

Point of Hire means the physical location from which a Crew is hired, which may be the Designated Dispatch Location, an Incident managed by the Government, or another location agreed upon by Contractor and Government.

Examples of Point of Hire in a sentence

  • No payment for travel to an Incident or point of inspection, or return to the Point of Hire, will be made for equipment that does not pass inspection.

  • Payment for availability, flight time and FSV mileage begins when the aircraft starts its mobilization flight from the Contractors Base of Operations or the Aircraft’s Point of Hire, whichever is less, to the Assigned Work Location and ends upon arrival at the Assigned Work Location (including airports, etc.).

Related to Point of Hire

  • Point of Service means the point at which FortisAlberta’s service conductors are connected to the conductors or apparatus of a Customer;
