Point of Collection definition

Point of Collection means the point designated in an order under this section as the point at which area congestion pricing charge shall be payable to and collected by the person authorized in the order to demand and collect the area congestion pricing charge.
Point of Collection means the point at which the wastewater Service Line crosses the Customer's property line.
Point of Collection for cart service means the time at which the cart is emptied of its contents into Franchisee’s collection vehicle. Point of Collection for commercial containers and drop boxes shall mean the time at which materials are placed into the container or drop box.

  • Wastewater collection system means the sewer and pumping system used for the collection and conveyance of domestic, commercial and industrial wastewater; and
