PNPM Peduli Operations Manual definition

PNPM Peduli Operations Manual means the operations manual, acceptable to the World Bank, as in effect as of the date of this Agreement, applicable for the entire PNPM Peduli operations, meeting the requirements of Section 2.03 (b) of this Annex, and including all annexes and supplements thereto, including: (i) the Environmental and Social Codes of Practice; (ii) the Indigenous Peoples Planning Framework; (iii) the form of progress reports to be completed by the Recipient; and (iv) the form of Sub-Grantee proposal templates to be used by the Recipient, as such manual may be amended or updated from time to time by agreement in writing between the World Bank and the Recipient.

  • The Recipient shall ensure that each Sub-Grant is implemented in accordance with the environmental and social safeguards section of the PNPM Peduli Operations Manual, including the Environmental and Social Codes of Practice, the Indigenous Peoples Planning Framework and the Negative List.

  • The Recipient shall not amend the PNPM Peduli Operations Manual or the Project Management Manual except with the written agreement of the World Bank.

  • In the event of any conflict between the provisions of the (A) PNPM Peduli Operations Manual, the Project Management Manual, or any Sub-Grant Agreement, and (B) those of this Agreement, the latter shall prevail.

  • The following methods, other than Shopping, may be used for procurement of goods and non-consulting services for those contracts specified in the Procurement Plan: (A) Direct Contracting and (B) Community Participation procedures which have been set out in the PNPM Peduli Operations Manual and have been found acceptable to the World Bank.

  • In the event of any conflict between the provisions of any of (A) the PNPM Peduli Operations Manual, the Project Management Manual or any Sub-Grant Agreement, and (B) those of this Agreement, the latter shall prevail.

  • The guidelines for application of discipline to City employees are contained in the "Staff Discipline Manual" which is distributed by the Personnel Department.

  • The Recipient shall ensure that no Sub-Grant may be made available to a Sub-Grantee unless the Recipient and the Sub-Grantee have entered into a Sub-Grant Agreement that fully satisfies the criteria specified in the PNPM Peduli Operations Manual and in sub- paragraph (iv) below.

  • The following methods, other than Shopping, may be used for procurement of goods and non-consulting services for those contracts specified in the Procurement Plan: (A) Direct Contracting; and (B) Community Participation procedures which have been set out in the PNPM Peduli Operations Manual and have been found acceptable to the Bank.

  • Project Operations Manual or “POM” means the Recipient’s manual referred to in Section I.D of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, as such manual may be amended from time to time with the agreement of the Association.

  • Operations Manual means a manual containing procedures, instructions and guidance for use by operational personnel in the execution of their duties;

  • Program Manual means the United States Department of Agriculture, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, Plant Protection and Quarantine, Gypsy Moth Program Manual, 1994 edition.

  • Operating Manual means the document that contains the procedures and forms for the operation of bungee jumping equipment and activity at a site.

  • Project Operational Manual means the Project Operational Manual, to be adopted in accordance with Section 6.01 (a) of this Agreement, giving details of guidelines and procedures agreed with the Association for the implementation, supervision, and monitoring and evaluation, of the Project, and the procurement procedures and guidelines for Sub-Projects, as same may be amended from time to time in agreement with the Association, and such term includes any schedules to the Project Operational Manual;

  • PJM Manuals means the instructions, rules, procedures and guidelines established by the Office of the Interconnection for the operation, planning, and accounting requirements of the PJM Region and the PJM Interchange Energy Market. PJM Region:

  • Operations Manager means each of the Company and Provider payroll, benefits and information technology representatives on the Operations Management Team as identified in Section 6.0 below.

  • Project Manual means the volume usually assembled for the Work which may include the bidding requirements, sample forms, and other Contract Documents.

  • Customer Proprietary Network Information (“CPNI”) is as defined in the Act.

  • Operational Manual means the manual referred to in Section 3.03 of this Agreement;

  • Quality Assurance Program means the overall quality program and associated activities including the Department’s Quality Assurance, Design-Builder Quality Control, the Contract’s quality requirements for design and construction to assure compliance with Department Specifications and procedures.

  • Technical safeguards means the technology and the policy and procedures for its use that 27 protect electronic PHI and control access to it.

  • Quality Assurance Plan or “QAP” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 11.2;

  • Project Implementation Manual or “PIM” means the manual setting out the measures required for the implementation of the Project, as the same may be amended from time to time, subject to prior approval of the Association;

  • Diagnostic clinical procedures manual means a collection of written procedures that describes each method (and other instructions and precautions) by which the licensee performs diagnostic clinical procedures; where each diagnostic clinical procedure has been approved by the authorized user and includes the radiopharmaceutical, dosage, and route of administration.

  • Clinical practice guidelines means a systematically developed statement to assist

  • Customer Specific Training means a private Course organized on demand specifically for Customer.

  • Procedures Manual means the standards and procedures manual described in Section 11.3.

  • Supplier Operations means all assets, processes and systems (including information systems), data (including Customer data), personnel, and sites, used or processed by Supplier from time to time in the performance of this Agreement.

  • Technical Specifications means the detailed requirements for the Work furnished by the Architect and set forth in Book 3 of the Contract Documents.

  • technical specification means, with respect to any Software, the document setting forth the technical specifications for such Software and included in the Statement of Work.

  • Supplier of water means any person who owns or operates a public water system.

  • Procurement Manual means the Procurement Manual set forth as chapter 4 of the PIP (as hereinafter defined), which Manual sets forth the procurement management and institutional arrangements and obligations under the Project as such Manual may be amended from time to time by agreement between the Association and Recipient.

  • Personnel file means, for the purposes of Part III (8VAC20-90-60 et seq.), any and all memoranda, entries or other documents included in the teacher's file as maintained in the central school administration office or in any file regarding the teacher maintained within a school in which the teacher serves.

  • Project Management Plan means the management plan that (i) sets out a high level workplan to describe the manner in which the Design-Builder will manage the Project, including to address related matters such as traffic management and communications, and (ii) is prepared by or for the Design-Builder and submitted to the Owner;
