PNCC Board definition

PNCC Board means the board of directors of PNCC.

The Company and the Second Lien Noteholder Supporting Parties shall collectively be referred to herein as the “Parties”. The Parties will negotiate in good faith definitive documentation with respect to the Recapitalization Transaction and such definitive documentation shall set forth in greater detail the terms and conditions contained in this Term Sheet.
PNCC Board means the board of directors of PNCC. “PNI Board” means the board of directors of PNI.
