Air quality in Indiana in all but one (1) county (Xxxxx) now meets health standards set by the USEPA for ozone, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen dioxide, carbon monoxide, lead and coarse and fine particles of dust and soot (PM10, PM2.5) as measured by air quality monitors located across the State.
Only one (1) of the original seventeen (17) counties designated by the USEPA as non-attainment for PM2.5 do not meet the current standard.
