Plumbing Systems means all potable water supply and distribution pipes, all plumbing fixtures and traps, all drainage and vent pipes and all building drains, including their respective joints, connections, devices, receptacles, and appurtenances within the property lines of the premises and shall include potable water piping, a potable water treating or using equipment, fuel gas piping, water heaters and vents for the same.

  • Plumbing system means water supply distribution and disposal piping on the premises, including appliances and equipment attached thereto, between their connection points to a public or private system.

  • Roof means a non-porous cover for a structure such as (by way of example and not limitation) Lexan barriers or shingles but not a shade trellis, ivy or other open or porous material that may also be used as a cover.

  • Ventilation means the supply of outside air into a building through window or other openings due to wind outside and convection effects arising from temperature, or vapour pressure differences (or both) between inside and outside of the building;

  • Beam monitoring system means a system designed and installed in the radiation head to detect and measure the radiation present in the useful beam.
